BelimTerms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Belim ("the App"), published by Yusuf Şafak ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2. Apple's standard licence terms
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your licence is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Where these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's terms prevail for the matters they cover.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
3. Medical disclaimer
Belim is not a medical device
The App does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not provide personalised medical, treatment, or exercise advice. All content is general information intended to help you record and observe your own symptoms.
The App does not replace assessment by a physician, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional. Do not change your treatment, stop taking medication, or delay seeking medical care because of anything shown in the App.
Observations produced from your data describe patterns that occur together; they are not statements of cause and effect and are not clinical findings. Decisions about your care are for you and your clinician.
Seek medical care without delay if you experience changes in bladder or bowel control, numbness in the saddle area, progressive weakness in a leg, back pain with fever or unexplained weight loss, or pain following significant trauma. In an emergency, call your country's emergency number.
4. Your records
All records you create are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; the JSON export in Settings exists for this purpose. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover records lost through device loss, device reset, or deletion of the App.
5. Purchases
Logging, the full chart and the observations drawn from your data are free. The App offers a single optional one-time purchase through the App Store, which removes the limit on the number of doctor summaries you can export and includes features added later at no further cost.
- There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; we cannot issue refunds directly.
6. Eligibility
The App is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The App is not a substitute for paediatric medical advice.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its name, design, text and code are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your licence permits personal, non-commercial use only. The records you create belong to you; we claim no rights over them and have no access to them.
8. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for your own personal health tracking.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App except to the extent permitted by law.
- Do not present output from the App as a clinical or diagnostic report.
9. Availability and changes
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and support for older operating system versions may end. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the observations generated from your data are clinically accurate or suitable for any medical decision. Statutory warranties that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App in breach of these terms or of applicable law, including presenting its output as a clinical or diagnostic report.
12. Termination
Your licence ends if you stop using the App or breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App; doing so also deletes your records. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue to apply.
13. Dispute resolution
We would prefer to resolve any issue directly; please write to us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside, including your right to bring proceedings before your local consumer arbitration committee or courts.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or any health outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.

Kullanım Koşulları
1. Sözleşme
Bu koşullar, Yusuf Şafak ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan Belim ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Apple standart lisans koşulları
Uygulama size satılmaz, lisanslanır. Lisansınız Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (Standart EULA) ve Apple Medya Hizmetleri Hüküm ve Koşulları'na tabidir. Bu koşullar ile Apple'ın Standart EULA'sı arasında çelişki olması hâlinde, kapsadığı konularda Apple'ın koşulları üstün gelir.
Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ve Uygulamaya ilişkin bakım ya da destek sağlama yükümlülüğü bulunmamaktadır. Uygulamaya ilişkin taleplerin karşılanmasından Apple sorumlu değildir. Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve koşulları size karşı ileri sürebilir.
3. Tıbbi sorumluluk reddi
Belim bir tıbbi cihaz değildir
Uygulama hiçbir hastalığı teşhis etmez, tedavi etmez ve kişiye özel tıbbi, tedaviye ilişkin ya da egzersiz önerisi vermez. Tüm içerik, kendi belirtilerinizi kaydetmenize ve gözlemenize yardımcı olmayı amaçlayan genel bilgidir.
Uygulama; hekim, fizyoterapist veya diğer sağlık profesyonellerinin değerlendirmesinin yerine geçmez. Uygulamada gördüğünüz hiçbir şeye dayanarak tedavinizi değiştirmeyin, ilacınızı bırakmayın ve sağlık kuruluşuna başvurmayı ertelemeyin.
Verilerinizden üretilen gözlemler birlikte görülen örüntüleri tarif eder; neden-sonuç ilişkisi beyanı ya da klinik bulgu değildir. Bakımınıza ilişkin kararlar size ve hekiminize aittir.
İdrar veya gaita kontrolünde değişiklik, oturak bölgesinde uyuşma, bacakta ilerleyen güç kaybı, bel ağrısıyla birlikte ateş veya açıklanamayan kilo kaybı ya da ciddi bir travma sonrası başlayan ağrı durumunda beklemeden sağlık kuruluşuna başvurun. Acil durumda bulunduğunuz ülkenin acil servis numarasını arayın.
4. Kayıtlarınız
Oluşturduğunuz tüm kayıtlar cihazınızda saklanır. Kendi yedeğinizi almaktan siz sorumlusunuz; Ayarlar'daki JSON dışa aktarma bu amaçla vardır. Verileriniz bize hiç ulaşmadığı için cihaz kaybı, cihaz sıfırlanması veya Uygulamanın silinmesi sonucu kaybolan kayıtları kurtaramayız.
5. Satın alımlar
Kayıt tutmak, grafiğin tamamı ve verinizden çıkan gözlemler ücretsizdir. Uygulama, App Store üzerinden isteğe bağlı tek bir tek seferlik satın alma sunar; bu satın alma hekim özeti dışa aktarma sayısındaki sınırı kaldırır ve sonradan eklenecek özellikleri de ek ücret olmaksızın kapsar.
- Abonelik ve yinelenen ücret yoktur.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Satın alma Apple Hesabınıza bağlıdır ve diğer cihazlarınızda geri yüklenebilir.
- İadeler, Apple Medya Hizmetleri Hüküm ve Koşulları uyarınca Apple tarafından yürütülür; tarafımızca doğrudan iade yapılamaz.
6. Kullanım yaşı
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. Yaşadığınız yerde ergin sayılmıyorsanız Uygulamayı yalnızca bir ebeveyn ya da vasinin bilgisi dâhilinde kullanın. Uygulama çocuk sağlığına ilişkin tıbbi tavsiyenin yerine geçmez.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama; adı, tasarımı, metinleri ve kodu bize aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunmaktadır. Lisansınız yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanıma izin verir. Oluşturduğunuz kayıtlar size aittir; üzerlerinde hak iddia etmiyoruz ve bunlara erişimimiz yoktur.
8. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Uygulamayı yalnızca kendi kişisel sağlık takibiniz için kullanın.
- Kanunun izin verdiği ölçü dışında Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmaya, kaynak koda dönüştürmeye veya işleyişine müdahale etmeye çalışmayın.
- Uygulamanın çıktısını klinik ya da tanısal bir rapor olarak sunmayın.
9. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulmaktadır. Özellikler değişebilir, eski işletim sistemi sürümlerine destek sona erebilir. Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel metin her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.
10. Garanti reddi
Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Uygulama; belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk veya kesintisiz çalışma dâhil olmak üzere açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulmaktadır. Verilerinizden üretilen gözlemlerin klinik olarak doğru olduğunu ya da herhangi bir tıbbi karara elverişli olduğunu garanti etmiyoruz. Hariç tutulması mümkün olmayan kanuni garantiler saklıdır.
11. Tazminat
Uygulamayı bu koşullara ya da yürürlükteki hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmanızdan doğan taleplerden bizi ari tutmayı kabul edersiniz; Uygulamanın çıktısını klinik ya da tanısal bir rapor olarak sunmanız da buna dâhildir.
12. Sona erme
Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmanız ya da bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınız sona erer. Uygulamayı silerek dilediğiniz an sonlandırabilirsiniz; bu işlem kayıtlarınızı da siler. Niteliği gereği sona ermeden sonra da geçerli olması gereken hükümler — sorumluluk reddi ve sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması gibi — uygulanmaya devam eder.
13. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümü
Her konuyu önce doğrudan çözmeyi tercih ederiz; lütfen ilk olarak bize yazın. Uyuşmazlığın çözülememesi hâlinde, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları ve tüketici hakem heyetine ya da mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklı kalmak kaydıyla, Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
14. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, veri kaybı ve sağlık sonuçları dâhil olmak üzere sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel zarara ilişkin sorumluluk gibi kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlandırmaz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz kanuni haklar saklıdır.
15. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
