BelimPrivacy Policy
Summary
Belim does not collect your data. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you record stays in the app's storage on your device. Information leaves your device only when you personally choose to share it, for example by sending a PDF summary to your doctor.
Who is responsible
Belim is developed and published by Yusuf Şafak (Türkiye), the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Contact: [email protected].
Information stored on your device
The following is created by you and stored locally in the app:
- Pain records: intensity score, radiation location and side, trigger tags, free-text notes, whether a painkiller was taken, and the date and time.
- Flare periods you mark, and treatment markers such as the date physical therapy started or medication changed.
- Questions you write down to ask your doctor.
- Results of the in-app situation assessment (the outcome only, not your individual answers).
- Reminder settings and app preferences.
This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no access to it and no ability to retrieve it.
Health data (Apple Health)
If you enable it in Settings, Belim reads your daily step count from Apple Health in order to show whether more active days coincide with lower pain scores.
- The permission requested is read-only. Belim never writes anything to Apple Health.
- Step data is read live each time it is displayed and is not stored in the app's database and not backed up to iCloud.
- Health data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data mining, and is never shared with third parties.
- The feature is entirely optional. If you do not enable it, the app works fully without it, and you can revoke access at any time from the iOS Health app.
Notifications
Movement break reminders and the weekly summary are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any server and contain no data that leaves your phone.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Belim never sees your payment details, name, or Apple Account. The app only receives from Apple the fact that a valid purchase exists. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, receive, or store your personal or health data.
- There are no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking technologies in the app.
- There are no third-party SDKs.
- We do not sell or share data, because we do not have any.
- No App Tracking Transparency permission is requested, because no tracking occurs.
This website
belim.yusufsafak.com is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and reliability purposes, which is outside our control.
Your control and rights
- Export: Settings → My data → create a JSON backup.
- Delete: Settings → My data → delete all of my data. Deleting the app also removes all records.
- Because your data never reaches us, requests for access, correction, or erasure cannot be fulfilled by us — you already hold complete and exclusive control.
Legal basis for processing
Because no personal data reaches us, we do not process personal data as a controller in the ordinary sense. Where data protection law nonetheless applies to the limited processing that happens entirely on your device at your instruction, the basis is your consent, given by choosing to use the relevant feature, and the performance of the service you asked for. Enabling Apple Health access is a separate, explicit, revocable consent.
Retention
Your records remain on your device until you delete them or delete the App. We hold no copies and therefore apply no retention period of our own. Support emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
Security
Records are stored in the App's private container, protected by iOS file protection and your device passcode or biometric lock. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server to breach and no credentials to steal. Keeping your device updated and locked is the most effective protection.
International transfers
No transfer of your health data takes place, because it never leaves your device. Emails you send to support are handled by our email provider, and purchases are handled by Apple, each under their own terms.
Your rights
Under regulations such as the GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the CCPA, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. In practice you exercise all of them directly in the App: your data is visible to you, editable by you, exportable as JSON, and deletable in full. We cannot fulfil such a request on your behalf because we hold nothing to act on. We do not sell or share personal information, and there is no targeted advertising.
Children
Belim is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly process any data from them. Since no data is collected at all, no such processing occurs.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate the change will be noted in the app.

Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Aşağıdakiler sizin tarafınızdan oluşturulur ve yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır:
- Ağrı kayıtları: şiddet skoru, yayılım bölgesi ve tarafı, tetikleyici etiketleri, serbest notlar, ağrı kesici alınıp alınmadığı, tarih ve saat.

Sağlık verisi (Apple Sağlık)
Ayarlar'dan açmanız hâlinde Belim, hareketli günlerin ağrı skorlarıyla birlikte nasıl seyrettiğini gösterebilmek için Apple Sağlık'tan günlük adım sayınızı okur.
- İstenen izin yalnızca okuma iznidir. Belim, Apple Sağlık'a hiçbir şey yazmaz.
- Adım verisi her gösterimde canlı okunur; uygulama veritabanına kaydedilmez ve iCloud'a yedeklenmez.
- Sağlık verisi reklam, pazarlama veya veri madenciliği amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
- Özellik tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. Açmazsanız uygulama eksiksiz çalışır; izni dilediğiniz an iOS Sağlık uygulamasından geri alabilirsiniz.
Bildirimler
Hareket molası hatırlatmaları ve haftalık özet, cihazınızda kurulan yerel bildirimlerdir. Herhangi bir sunucu üzerinden gönderilmez ve telefonunuzdan çıkan hiçbir veri içermez.
Satın alımlar
Satın alımlar App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir. Belim; ödeme bilgilerinizi, adınızı veya Apple Hesabınızı hiçbir zaman görmez. Uygulama Apple'dan yalnızca geçerli bir satın alımın bulunduğu bilgisini alır. Apple'ın satın alma verilerini işleyişi Apple Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir.
Yapmadıklarımız
- Kişisel ya da sağlık verilerinizi toplamıyor, almıyor ve saklamıyoruz.
- Uygulamada analiz, çökme raporlama, reklam veya izleme teknolojisi bulunmuyor.
- Üçüncü taraf yazılım geliştirme kiti kullanılmıyor.
- Veri satmıyor ve paylaşmıyoruz; çünkü elimizde hiç veri yok.
- İzleme yapılmadığı için App Tracking Transparency izni istenmiyor.
Bu web sitesi
belim.yusufsafak.com statik bir sitedir. Çerez kullanmaz, analiz veya izleme betiği çalıştırmaz. Barındırma sağlayıcısı güvenlik ve süreklilik amacıyla standart sunucu kayıtları (IP adresi ve istenen sayfa gibi) tutabilir; bu bizim kontrolümüz dışındadır.
Denetiminiz ve haklarınız
- Dışa aktarma: Ayarlar → Verilerim → JSON yedek oluştur.
- Silme: Ayarlar → Verilerim → tüm verimi sil. Uygulamayı silmek de tüm kayıtları kaldırır.
- Verileriniz bize hiç ulaşmadığı için erişim, düzeltme veya silme taleplerini bizim yerine getirmemiz mümkün değildir; denetim zaten tamamen ve yalnızca sizdedir.
İşlemenin hukuki dayanağı
Hiçbir kişisel veri bize ulaşmadığından, alışılmış anlamda veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla kişisel veri işlemiyoruz. Tamamen cihazınızda ve sizin talimatınızla gerçekleşen sınırlı işleme bakımından veri koruma mevzuatının uygulanabildiği hâllerde dayanak, ilgili özelliği kullanmayı seçmenizle verdiğiniz açık rıza ve talep ettiğiniz hizmetin ifasıdır. Apple Sağlık erişimini açmak ayrı, açık ve geri alınabilir bir rızadır.
Saklama süresi
Kayıtlarınız siz silene ya da Uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. Hiçbir kopyasını tutmadığımız için kendi belirlediğimiz bir saklama süresi de yoktur. Bize gönderdiğiniz destek e-postaları yalnızca yanıtlanması için gereken süre boyunca saklanır.
Güvenlik
Kayıtlar Uygulamanın özel alanında; iOS dosya koruması ve cihazınızın parolası ya da biyometrik kilidiyle korunarak saklanır. Hiçbir şey iletilmediği için sızdırılacak bir sunucu ya da çalınacak bir kimlik bilgisi yoktur. En etkili koruma, cihazınızı güncel ve kilitli tutmaktır.
Yurt dışına aktarım
Sağlık verileriniz cihazınızdan hiç çıkmadığı için herhangi bir aktarım gerçekleşmez. Desteğe gönderdiğiniz e-postalar e-posta sağlayıcımız, satın alımlar ise Apple tarafından, kendi koşulları kapsamında işlenir.
Haklarınız
GDPR, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve CCPA gibi düzenlemeler kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin sınırlandırılması, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Uygulamada bu hakların tamamını doğrudan kullanıyorsunuz: veriniz size görünür, sizin tarafınızdan düzenlenebilir, JSON olarak dışa aktarılabilir ve tamamen silinebilir. Elimizde üzerinde işlem yapılacak hiçbir şey bulunmadığından bu tür bir talebi sizin adınıza yerine getirmemiz mümkün değildir. Kişisel bilgi satmıyor, paylaşmıyoruz ve hedefli reklam yapılmıyor.
Çocuklar
Belim 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlara ait hiçbir veriyi bilerek işlemeyiz. Hiçbir veri toplanmadığı için böyle bir işleme zaten gerçekleşmemektedir.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Politikada esaslı bir değişiklik olursa güncel metin yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır ve uygun olduğu durumlarda değişiklik uygulama içinde de belirtilir.
